Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
i being defendnat lost one civil suit in mumbai city civil court, fort. it was on bais that suit falt is given by gift deed. whether gift deed is valid or not for the specifiled defence taken by me in case. now judgment and decree is passed in favour of plaintiff and agisnt me. my counter claim is also rejected. now what shoudl i do. where to file appeal. are there any drafts.

A civil first appeal is a document which has to state legal grounds besides facts. So it is not a document format where you fill the blanks with details consult a lawyer immediately. [email protected]
