Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
dispute of PDC's under contract agreement
out agency signed a contract for 1 year for advertsiment rights. This contract was based on another contract signed between party 1 and party 3. we are party 2.
The party 1 and party 3 contract is terminated, which means our i.e party 1 and party 2 contarct is nil and valid. but they had tried to encash PDc's. what should we do.

You may take appropriate remedies in civil court available on a breach of contract in terms of your agreement.
