As per Sec.14(3) of SARFAESI Act, the act says that the said order passed by District Magistrate shall not be ccalled in question before any other court or authority. Hence, the only option is to approach High Court in Writ jurisdiction, however, some DRT's consider the appeal filed u/s 17 and same may also be tried
