can imprisonment given without fine get cancelled during appeal in cheque bouncse case, if so what could be done for cancelling imprisonment in appeal,

Pending appeal, sentence may be suspended by court if it deems proper. There is nothing like "cancellation of imprisonment" in law and sentence may be pronounced even without fine for cheque bounce cases under NI Act .

Compromise or any lacuna that the cheque was issued as security.

If an appeal is admitted, the Appellate court usually suspends the punishment until its decision.
