I am Kala from Dharmapuri, Tamil Nadu, India. I got married in 1997. since I did not get any share in my Father's property , I applied to court in 2007. Recently, in 2009, one of the property (6 acres) was sold by my brothers and sisters.This land has got exchanged to many hands. Now, is there possibility for me to put case on this sold land and get my share in this.

Look is the suit covers the said property sold to some others?. How this happened if transferred during lis pendence then you can surely get your share back?. IF the property is not involved in court proceeding and it is the self acquired property of your father and he has given then you cannot get it back... What about your father?
