hi my name is kiran ramisetti, i have borrowed money from my two friends, i have to given 50 thousand rupees to one persons and 75 thousand to one person, they are forcing me to given immediately, i dont have money right now, iam asking some time to them, but they are not listening to me and they are forcing me to give the money immediately, is there any solution for this to pay their money as monthly basis, i mean every month some amount, please reply me this immediately.

in case they threaten, you may seek help of police or lawyer as the creditor cannot threaten you. he has an option to initiate legal action and then you can offer to pay monthly instalments.
