Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
my late grand father in law has 2 sons ,he divided his property in 3 parts ,1 given on his wife name and 2nd divided equally for 2 sons .but his elder son is enjoying whole property on his name he has proof (documents) also showing all property is on his name only even though his mother is still alive.he is also claiming that he is only one son to his father .now younger son is dead who has only 1 son .is it possible to get property from elder son as his wife (grand father in law's wife)want to divide property equally to her sons but his elder son is not allowing to do so .how can be this possible?

Once Partition was done, thereafter nothing can be done. Your Grand father Partitioned during his life time, hence matter came to an end at that time.
