Is there any provision in madhya pradesh government to appoint in contract teacher on compassionate ground to the nominee of the deceased (earlier contract teacher class II), if the nominee is having ful education qualification for the same post?

The compassionate appointments have been regulated by the Supreme Court of India directing all the States to make Rules.
such appointment can be made only to meet a hardship and is normall expected to be made within one year from the date of death of the earning member.
Only a spouse or child can be given compassionate appointment and that too in Class III or Class IV post.
