loan
last year i bought a flat , at that time i paid the owner more than 70 percent of the total amount. And we had a verbal declaration that the i will pay the remaining amount within 3 years and till now i have been doing that and 80 percent of the whole amt is being paid I have made all the payment by cheque but i dont have any legal documents . So i want to ask is there any problem in future

Good Evening.
I would advise you to enter into a MOU first and then go for a Sale Deed as you have paid 80% of the amount.
There is no problem if you secure yourself with a sale deed.

Yes, in the absence of a valid contract / document, you may not be able to claim title /ownership to the property.

for you to become the owner there should be a registered document
