Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
i m post graduate in physics & i m working as math mastr i haryana govt.now the govt have made a rule that a person can be pr omoted on the post of same subject.then wat is my fault as i completed pg in 2002 & the rule was framed in 2012 ?
