i m 1st year student of law and we r learning law of contracts.. so can u please help me to know that how can i write any questions based on case in appropriate and in best way....with mentioning all the facts and everything which is required to be mentioned.....?

your faculty must be providing you case law. in that it is mentioned how to write the facts, the facts in issue, the submissions of counsels, arguments and judgment.
