Regarding Maharashtra public commission recommended candidate not receiving an appointment order of Lecturer in Travel and Tourism, in Government polytechnics under the Director of technical education since 15 Month.

This is regarding with above-mentioned subject Maharashtra public commission published an advertisement in 11 May 2009 for Lecturer in Travel and Tourism, in Government polytechnics under the Director of technical education, Maharashtra technical education, Maharashtra polytechnic teacher services, Group-A 2009 for 14 posts.

In 28th-29th, July.20011 MPSC conducted interview for above-mentioned post and MPSC declared result on 11 Aug 2011 on their website. Out of 14 Vacancies, only Nine (9) candidates were select and recommended to Sectary, higher and of technical education department Mantralaya, (tashi-7) all nine candidates were received recommendation letter respectively. As per the suggested in recommendation letter, we all have completed necessary formalities like Medical examination, character verification from respective Police Station and verified other necessary document. Desk officer from Mantralaya Said, �After completion of some internal processes will give you appointment orders, Wait for someday�

We are warring because now 20 month passed until we could not receive an appointment order. In between many time we contacted Mantralaya through telephone and written application but every time we received faint and dough full answer. Other hand in same advertisement other subjects candidate received appointment order

When we personally met to vice sectary higher and of technical education) on dated 23Apr2012. He told us �regarding your appointment orders we have sent letters to the Director, (higher and of technical education) thrice But we haven�t received reply. Only because of this, we are unable to release your appointment orders. So better way you meet director and ask them about your issue�. In same day we went to the director�s office, and met joint director and admin officer.they told us that institute closed travel tourism course so that we do not have vacancies for this post ,now position is only 4 vacancies we have and we will issued only appointment order ,about remaining 5 candidate govt will decide what to do with these candidate

Same as director office said govt issued 4 appointment order on date 12/12/2013 ,while issuing this order govt not given any intimating to reaming candidate that what are going to happen with them���

It has caused tremendous inconvenience to us. we burdened by financially, went through unwarranted mental stress and worries, wasted valuable time of three year, and had to incur additional expenses to take fallow up to receive appointment order
