PROPER latin or english word

Dear sirs

Can u tell me what is right legal word for the following:

1. when a person aggravates the matter when it is sub judice-- what latin or english or legal term ?

2. what is the legal term when in one judgment a person get relief and does not go by the very same judgement. For ex: judge says members cannot be suspended. so the very same person comes back and suspends other members.

3. what is the term to use when one court appoints a commissioner to check proceedings and higher court removes-- what is the legal term to say that how can a court stop a legal remedy given?

as far as point 1 and 2 are concerned, both are contempt of court and when the high court set asides an order of the lower court, it is called the reversal of the order or if you are appellant, appeal is allowed.
