Sir,
Where does the Appeal against acquittal in 498A lie, does it lie before the DJ or in High court.and what is period of limitation is it 60 days or 90 days.

As per amended Cr.P.C., it may be before DJ acting as Sessions Judge.
Limitation may be 90 days.

in case the order is passed by the MM, it lies before the sessions judge and if the acquittal is by sessions court, the appeal lies to the High Court.
