Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India

Sir,I got married in july 2009.after 22 days my wife's father,brother and maternal uncle came to my home and did beat me up.they took my wife and the jewellery.after leaving, the girl lodged a false complaint u/s 498-A,323,506 etc under IPC and u/s 3/4 Dowry prohibition act.We managed to get an arresting stay from high court which was for three months.meanwhile police filed the chargesheet and again we managed to get the proceeding stay from Allahabad high court.the hounarable court directed us for medaition centre but mediation failed.the matter was taken up for hearing on 13th of this month in allhabad high court and the court sent the case back to lower court with the direction to grant us bail.i would like to ask that can i callenge this verdict in supreme court of india.and what other remedies can be there for us.please reply at earliest.

in case the verdict given by the allahabad high court is against you, you can file an SLP i.e. Special Leave Petition to appeal before the Supreme Court.
