Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India

Hello sir,

I am 22year old woman,and was in a relationship for 11years.The boy had proposed to me and i had said yes instantly,we were preety young then,but things worked out between us.For most of the time we were in a distant relationship,but things were quite smooth sailing.Our parents know about this relationship and had even agreed to it.We shared an intimate relationship,including we had sex.He had even promised infont of my parents to marry me and settle with me after his placement,but things got a bit sour between us due to small quarrels and tiffs,but our relationship was there,we both have also spend time with each other to give our relationship time,but suddenly in a years time he has started behaving indifferent and this has affected the relation considerably.Recently after a small fight he broke up with me and does not want this relation any more,he does not give enough reason for this and is avoiding me,he even does not wants to marry me.After a relation of 11years its just not acceptable by me and my family,my life has become difficult and even my parent\'s as my boyfriend had made promises of marriage before my parents and relatives.I have got proofs of our relation and his proposal in the form of photographs,letters,voice recordings and sms.I want to file a case against him for cheating on me and my family.Please suggest me some way out and what are the steps that can be taken in terms of legal action against him,for doing this injustice to me and my family.

Is this possible by any way,please help.
