Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
Sir,If an order passed by Revisionary Authority (per Central Excise Act) can be challenged by the Commissioner of Central Excise who is a lower rank officer than R A under Article 226 of the Constituion saying that he has not acted in a proper way?Both are GOI bodies and RA passess the order saying GOI has passed the order.THanks
