Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
Sirs,
I am an Ex-Indian Air Force Combatant, who was denied extension of Service because of some personal grudge of a Senior officer.
I filed a case in the Tis Hazari Courts in the year 1984. The Case No. is 80/94. Due to my financial restraints I could not continue the case and it seems to have been closed by the courts as I did not attend the hearings which was prolonging.
Is there any possibility to revive the case now?

You can restore but there is contradictory in your statement 1984 filed and case no is 80 of 1994 or 1984?
