My sister�s husband was worked as a Male nurse in govt. Hospital Department, he was dead on due to road accident. My sister is an MA B.ed qualified & she want to Naukri in education department as a Anukampa basis. So, please hme margdashan krave.

If she is unemployed then only she can avail the benefit. If she is employed then she may not be entitled to the benefit. You need to consult a lawyer who can advise you appropriately.
