Traped in fraud case

My brother is traped wrongly in fraud case like to send people to abrode and take money. But, my brother is also victime of the agent.my brother was clint. he gave also money to the agent and sombody traped my brother in this case. he want to take jamin from the high court. Can he get bell? because he is innocent. He did nothing. I need advise and rule to save my brother.

wrongfully or inducing some to part with the money to do an act is unlawful.

if your brother had induced someone to give money to the cheater and that person had given a complaint against your brother - then your brother is responsibel to give a proper reply.

if it is the first incident/ or no actual charge against your brother he'll get bail.

Sir,

You have not disclosed the country in which you are residing and in which your brother has been trapped. Ofcourse a person can get bail pending inquiry and trial but it depends upon the facts of the case. Please reveal entire particulars of the case so that I can give you specific advice.
