Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in India
My wife had committed suicide 2 years ago. before this act, she murdered the child also. she was suffering from psychosis for years and was being treated for it. The police investigated the matter and made final report that time and submitted the same at the local court.But my in laws had filed a protest against that final report and the matter is still lying at that court.My questions are- 1. Is there any gestation period for such kinds of cases in the courts..if yes...then how much time that is? 2. Is there any possibility of complications for me in the future?3. Is there any suggestion for me?(I had never been arrested/detained so far in this case)
