Legal Question in Banking Law in India

1.A/C IS NOT CLASSIFIED AS NPA IN BANKS BOOK OF ACCOUNT

2. NOTICE U/S 13(4) not issued

3." Hold" marked on my accounts credit balance

4. banks recovery team approaved to the house & asked for vacant the house immediately if not forcefull do it.

5. amt immediately deposited in bank a/c

6. bank charges 20000 for this action in borrowers a/c

please tell me what i do

Issue notice through lawyer to the Bank's chairman seeking necessary redress within a time frame. If no positive outcome results, file complaint to Banking Ombudsman. complain to Police about recovery agents who r harassing you at home or office.
