Legal Question in Banking Law in India
If 30 days is over after giving a legal notice also in that case whether we file a case under which section? If yes then what is the procedure ?

if u mean that the notice was for payment of bounced cheque, you must file the complaint to the local magistrate under Sec.138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act. You have to take the assistance of local lawyer for attending to the needful.
