cheque presentd once that got bounced agin that was presented after 5months then he fialed the case.got convicted in lower court that is in apple in high court i am looking for favorable reference orders

You can refer cases on dishonour of cheques.

There is no bar to presenting the cheque once again and starting the process under Sec.138 N.I.Act. Try to settle it with the complainant.
