138 attracted when the PDC bounced on presentation on its due date.

PDC Cheques becomes instrument only on the date mentioned on the cheques and when it will present for encashment and dishonoured. it attracts 138 N.I. Act

any cheque when properly presented and gets bounced, attracts legal action under section 138 NIA.

IF PDC is deposited before date and due to which it bounced, then it does not attracy 138, but if the same is deposited in its due date, and if it bounces, then 138 is attracted
