Legal Question in Banking Law in India

I have got a a/c payee cheque in my wife's name. The problem is my wife is having a account with a bank in which her last name is given as her father's name and in the cheque it is given as my name in lastname. So will that bank accept this cheque for collection or what should I do for getting it collected in to that account.

All you have to do is tell that Mrs..... and >>>> is one person with two different names. One maiden name and other married name.
