Acquisition - Co-op bank loan Assets
Can a Co-operative bank which has been existing under the State co-op Societies Act (in India)sell the NPAs A/c to the ARCIL ?

Yes, after getting consent from its controlling authority like District Registrar or other designated official under the respective Co-operative Societies Act.
