Legal Question in Banking Law in India
Hello All,
I want to know about the Statute of Limitations on Personal Loan Default. I am not in a position to repay by Rs. 4 lakhs PL with 2 different banks.
I want atleast a year to stand on my own legs. Is there any way that Statute of limitations can help me?

statute of limitation won't help you. Appeal to the bank to give you time to pay off the loan. That is all.
