Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i took a amount of rs. 50000-00 to a financer and gave him 2 blank cheques no he has put a case against me by filling 300000 in one cheque but he does not have any proof of paying me any money does this can be taken as defence pls guide

why did you give blank cheques to the financer. better seek help of a lawyer and chalk out a defense in this case. have you also signed the pronote for the loan.

You can take a plea that he has taken a loan from you but finding that he is a cheat you got your cheque dishonoured.
