Appeal in DART against Auction
If the Bank auctions the property under SARFAESI act on interim order of DRT and later the property owner even looses the case in final hearing at DRT and decides to appeal the DRAT , will he need to Deposit 75% of the claim amount ?

The two appeals are diffierent - one against the order under SARFAESI Act and the other against DRT order on merits of the O.A.
For an appeal against SARFAESI Act order, no deposit is required; however, for appeal on merits, deposit may be necessary.
