If the Bank auctions the property under SARFAESI act on interim order of DRT and later the property owner even looses the case in final hearing at DRT and decides to appeal the DRAT , will he need to Deposit 75% of the claim amount ?

For an appeal against SARFAESI Act order, no deposit is required; however, for appeal on merits, deposit may be necessary.
