Asset Reconstruction Company in India
Can a Securitisation and Reconstruction Co. of India acquire performing assets also from banks/FIs for the purpose of securitisation or not?

If the assets are performing, the question of acquiring by lender does not arise. The lender may have rights of mortgagee.

While in theory it is possible for an ARC to purchase a performing asset, no bank or FI would part away with the same.
