When i approached the revenue officials the the property has court attachments,so the mutation could not be effected. What should i do? what about the money i spent?

It was the duty of the auctioneer to disclose the liens unless the terms of condition was as is where is. The purchaser purchases the property subject to lis pendes. so first thing is to examine the terms of auction and also see if the revenue office is rightly applying the terms of attachment to your property. If all is against you, then, your remedy is to claim refund of money or else file a suit for recovery
