Legal Question in Banking Law in India
i had availed a personal loan from barclays finance. now 18 months over. i want to settlement. from the past 2 months i am not able to pay the amount. barclays not give the settlement. what can i do in this situation?

write an appeal to the chief executive of the Bank in India for settlement. If they don't respond properly, make a complaint to Banking Ombudsman. If that also does not deliver the result, wait for the legal action they take in court and then request the court to refer the matter to LOK ADALAT
