Legal Question in Banking Law in India
The Bank has auction my property under SARFASIA Act without physical possesion u/s 14 of the act. Now the property is in my possession and the matter is pending in DRT with status Quo. If the decision of DRT goes in favour of Bank, how can I save my possession during the period of Appeal in ADRT.
