File a criminal complaint against the officials of the bank who are concerned with your account and who according to you have forged your specimen signatures.
file a complaint only if you can prove forgery.
Issue notice to chairman of the Bank, claiming damages for wrongful dishonour of cheques as also direct him to issue necessary instructions to the branch to honour cheques with your recorded specimen signature which must have been there while opening account or up dated later under your signature. If no redress comes within 15 days of issue of notice, complain to Banking Ombudsman.
