Legal Question in Banking Law in India

A bank cheated me in 2003, since then I have been going running from their ombdusman to RBI Ombudsman.. Since I dint get any respite, can i now file a case in the high court? Or should I file in the consumer forum?

First of all how you were cheated by the bank and in what manner. Secondly what relief you claimed from the ombudsman and what is the stage and status of your case.
