Legal Question in Banking Law in India

bank file civil suit without give me lok adalt notic for credit card payment.
sir,bank file civil suit aginst me for payment of card,but i think as per rbi they should give me first lok adalt notic before going in to court...sir i ask bank they told me they allready give me notic but i have not get any notic...so what can i do.....can court dismis bank case on this basis.

No your case cannot be dismissed.

It is not mandatory that you receive a notice for lok adalat.

Please furnish more details and what was the outstanding payment due.

It is not mandatory to give you any lok adalat notice on bank. court will not dismiss the case.
