Legal Question in Banking Law in India
We need a bank guarantee, which needs to be issued to a foreign firm or indian person but needs to be confirmation from a foreign country say u.k. is it possible for our bank to issue a bank guarantee in foreign currency?

the bank can issue a bank guarantee only in case the bank has a tie up or has a branch in the country where the guarantee is to be used.
