Legal Question in Banking Law in India
the bank issue notice under sarfaci act section 13(2) , agter getting the notice borrower approaches the bank for partial payment of due. can the bank collect the partial payment, which will reduce the due below 1 lac?

yes, the bank may accept the partial payment.
