Legal Question in Banking Law in India
bank loan
my grandmother has given by way of registerd sale the entire proerty to one of my uncle who later had mortaged the property in the local bank and drove away my grandma. now my uncle is also absconded for the past eight yrs and currently we came to know that he has converted to cristanity. he is married and ahs 2 daughters. but the wife is least bothered about his absence and has gone to stay with her mother. now my grandma is about 75 yrs old and does not have a place to live in. when asked about my uncles wereabouts to his wife she says that she is no more his wife and he is dead. but when it comes to money she is a lady who tries to grab everything that is available.
is there any way that as me as granddaughter who is well off now can do something to give the property back to my grandma to enjoy her last days in her own land . we are also taking steps to trace my absconding uncle
