Legal Question in Banking Law in India
bank has taken possession of the part of property. Can bank take posssion of remaining property or fresh notice is required ?

If the notice under Sec.13(2) covered the entire property, it is not necessary to issue fresh notice after taking possession of part of the property to take possession of the other part.
