Legal Question in Banking Law in India
The bank is not providing the copy of the loan-agreement despite written request sent by regd.post with a copy endorsed to bank's MD. Kindly advise how to proceed in such a case.

complain to Reserve Bank of India, Deparment of Banking supervision and Department of Banking Operations and Development and also to Banking Ombudsman of your region. You can get their addresses from RBI website.
