Legal Question in Banking Law in India
A bank sale there property under Sarfaesi act there is close of "As is where is & whatever there is condition" . what is the meaning of this?? if any shortage in the extend or property in good or bad condition? please advice me.

yes, whether the property is good or in bad condition, the bank is not responsible.
