Legal Question in Banking Law in India
bank has taken symbolic possession and physical possession of the property and there after borrower deposited some loan amount and submitted a letter for depositing the loan installment within time but same has not been deposited by him and issued a notice for giving means profit for the period under which bank have the possession of the property
