Legal Question in Banking Law in India
in the banking law legal heir is a third party? the case is my friend wants to know the details of operations of his mother's(deased) locker, the bank refused his as third party. (but his capacity is legal heir.)

Hello,
Was there any will that mentioned this locker in specific or the property kept in the locker.
If, there is no Will, hen NOC from all legal heirs are required or a joint application by all legal heirs have to be filled with the Bank with copy of the deceased death certificate and legal heirs certificates and identity proof.
