Legal Question in Banking Law in India

BANKING - NEFT Payment not received

Sir,

I have made a NEFT transfer from my Punjab National Bank Retail online Net Banking system on 30/05/2009. The amount was debited from my PNB's A/c but the payment was not received yet on 04/06/2009. I have contact both the Customer Help desk. But they were unable to solve this problem. What should I do now?

Approach the higher authorities of the bank. If they still cannot solve the problem approach consumer cort for damages.

first you should write a compaints narratng all the facts to Banking Ombudsmans and simultanously send a complaint through registed post to the HO of PNB. you can aslo file a complaint in the consumer court for deficiency in services
