M a minor drew a bill on N after-sight. M endorsed the bill to x who without presenting the bill for acceptance to N , endorsed it to y with remark'' san recourse'' Y placed the bill and N refused the payment . are drawee,drawer and endorsee liable to pay

Y may not be able to sue M, the drawer, who is a minor and did not have legal "capacity" to contract.

Minor being a drawer is incapable to enter into contract. Hence the Bill drawn by him will not make him liable. He also figuring as indorser does not improve the situation.N cannot be sued.
