Legal Question in Banking Law in India
I have given a blank cheque for security purpose to a lady who was running a Chit. But now she has wriiten Rs 620000 on that cheque and presented to bank without my notice. Since that cheque got bounced she has fillied a cheque dishonour in court, since i was not having enough evidence the judgement came towards her. Now i am worried about the punishment and other ways to escape.
I am in really trouble can any one help me out.

you have not mentioned as to whether you contested it or not. if yes, one needs to look into the complaint, documents and evidence to form an opinion for filing of appeal.
