Borrower has taken loan from canara bank of rs 52 lakhs not given any security of assets but guarrentor has given the asset security possession notice has been issued to the guarrentor and what precautions to be taken to save the property

if there is any defect in the proceedings, under Sec.17 of the Act the guarantor can file appeal to DRT. Better course is to settle the debt.
